#Food 🍉 **奉天小馆** 📍 沈阳 💰 100+ 因为去看五月天演唱会，来到了沈阳。奉天小馆算是沈阳那一带的菜系，便决定尝一尝。可能因为五月天演唱会，奉天小馆排队很长。 🏔️ **环境** 红色的砖墙，昏暗的灯光，黑色的地面。符合人均一百多的装修。 🍐**冻梨** 放在冰块里端上来的冻梨颜色非常标准，乌漆嘛黑。实际吃起来有点太冰，太硬了。如果化一化效果会更好。总体口感偏软糯。可能因为比较冰，吃起来反而不会那么甜，还有一些发酵的味道混合在里面。 ** **🦴** 酱大骨** 大骨烧的非常棒。肉软烂，味道也完全烧进去了。里面可能有一些卤汁或者什么其他香料的存在，整体是酱香味，但是绝对不仅限于酱油，口味会更加的复杂一些。 🥣** 松茸土豆丝汤 ** 几乎没有吃过土豆丝烧的汤。印象里汤总是水状的，放了土豆的菜却总是黏糊糊的，很难想象土豆丝和汤会怎样结合在一起。 松茸土豆丝汤虽然是土豆丝汤，但是土豆丝应该是最后放的，汤一点都不粘稠。汤清，土豆丝软但是不烂，薄薄的吃在嘴里还是可以咬一咬的。有了松茸的加持，汤里又有菌菇的香味，又有一些土豆的清香。 🥩 **锅包肉** 由于人多，锅包肉被告知要等半小时以上。寻思这是招牌菜，便等了半小时。整体感觉它并不值得半小时的等待。 肉的选择非常不错。肉很薄，里面有肉筋，绝对不单单是一块简单的精肉。外面裹了酥皮进行炸，酥皮大概有肉厚度的一半到一倍。裹粉的口感稍微硬一些。肉上面淋了非常甜，晶莹剔透的酱汁。 🍚 **卤肉榛蘑饭** 卤肉榛蘑饭味道挺不错的。卤肉可能不如南方做的风味复杂，但是胜在菌菇。沈阳的榛蘑就是好吃。伞烂，根脆。一个蘑菇可以带来两种口感。 🥛**梅陇瓜汁** 梅陇瓜汁上面有厚厚的泡沫，喝起来总是有点冰激淋的味道。口感绵密，有点冰，细腻的感觉。服务员说是鲜榨的，但是总感觉香的有点过头。整体口味香而不甜。 频道：@NewlearnerChannel
